If you are traveling from Kansai International Airport, you can take the Kansai-Airport Express HARUKA and get off at Kyoto Station.
If you are traveling from Osaka, Tokyo, or other cities via Shinkansen, please also get off at Kyoto Station.
Our location is within walking distance from the station.

You're welcome to store your luggage at the property after 11:00 A.M. on your check-in day. Please be aware that our cleaning staff may be present during that time.
Alternatively, Kyoto Station provides luggage storage services with lockers available throughout the station. These lockers come in various sizes and prices.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer luggage storage after check-out, as our cleaning staff will be preparing the property for incoming guests.

Please schedule your luggage delivery for after 3 p.m. on your check-in day, and you need to be present to sign for delivery. As we are a standalone house with no staff on-site, there will be no one available to receive deliveries.
Please use the nearby public parking lot. Do not park in other houses' lots or block the entrances and exits of other buildings. Any illegal parking will be reported to the police and may result in a fine. We are not responsible for any issues related to your vehicle.
Exploring our beautiful city by bike is one of the best ways to experience Kyoto. There are several bike rental shops conveniently located near Kyoto Station, and you can park your rental bike in the alley near the house.
Alternatively, the shared e-scooter and e-bike service "Luup" is available via a smartphone app, but you'll need to return the vehicle to their designated parking spots.
Both bikes and scooters are allowed to ride on the street in designated bike lanes or on sidewalks. Please be cautious and considerate of pedestrians.
Please refer to the individual property page for details on our bed options. We offer a mix of traditional Japanese tatami with futon beds, as well as Western-style bed frames with mattresses.
All of our properties are fully equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioner (split type ductless system) for your comfort and convenience.
Our kitchenette is set up with everything you might need, including an electric burner, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle. We’ve also stocked it with essential cookware like a pot and pan, as well as tableware - cutlery, glasses, bowls, plates, and utensils, to make your meals easy and enjoyable. And to make cleanup easy, we've provided dish soap and a sponge.
Our bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need for a relaxing stay, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, and soft fresh towels. We’ve also provided a hair dryer for your convenience.
The house is equipped with a washing machine, detergent and drying rack making it easy for you to refresh your clothes whenever you need.
We hope these amenities help make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable!
We kindly ask that you respect our no pet policy during your stay. For the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not permitted on the property.
For the health and safety of all our guests, and in accordance with local regulations, our property is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available, and we kindly ask that guests use these areas if they wish to smoke. A penalty fee may apply if smoking is detected inside the property.
To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no parties or events policy on the property. This includes any gatherings or celebrations, as well as events involving guests who are not registered. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
